yCoord

yCoord

A secure communication, coordination, and control suite your organization runs on its own terms — communicate, control, coordinate. On one trusted core, protected by WireGuard and XChaCha20-Poly1305 and fully self-hostable with no foreign or commercial servers, yCoord unifies secure messaging, voice and video, file transfer, and document workflow and records; live operational monitoring of field camera feeds is on the roadmap. Sovereign by default, interoperable by choice.

One secure platform, not five tools

Encrypted messaging, secure file transfer, and video conferencing in one place, on a single trusted core — so sensitive coordination stops scattering across consumer apps and inboxes you can't vouch for.

Sovereign by default

yCoord runs on infrastructure you control, with no mandatory cloud and no foreign servers in the path. Your communications stay yours — exactly what regulated, security-conscious, and sovereignty-minded organizations need.

Interoperable by choice

Run yCoord fully isolated — that's the default — or bridge to the outside without weakening the core. yCoord opens no inbound ports and makes no outbound calls; where external data or identity checks are needed, they enter as a signed, attested record that a person accepts into the audit trail. Interoperability is deliberate and bounded by design, never an open connector surface.
